At Gifting Essentials, ordering is easy. Choose the option that works best for you.

Option 1: Order Through Our Website

1. Browse our products
   Explore our gift boxes, packaging supplies and selected gifts.
2. Choose your product
   Click on the product you would like to order and select any available options.
3. Add to Cart
   Click “Add to Cart” and continue shopping if you would like to purchase more items.
4. Proceed to Checkout
   When you are ready, go to your cart and click “Proceed to Checkout”.
5. Enter your details
   Provide your name, phone number, delivery location and any other required information.
6. Make payment via M-Pesa
   Follow the payment instructions provided at checkout to make your payment via M-Pesa.
7. Verification
   Enter your Phone Number Used to Pay and M-PESA Confirmation Code before submitting your Order.
8. Place your order
   Review your order and submit it.
9. Order confirmation
   Once your order and payment are confirmed, we will begin preparing your order.

Option 2: Order via WhatsApp

Prefer to order directly? You can also order through WhatsApp.

1. Find the product you would like to purchase.
2. Click “Order on WhatsApp”.
3. WhatsApp will open with the product details already included in the message.
4. Send the message to us.
5. We will confirm availability, delivery charges and the total amount payable.
6. We will then guide you through the payment process.

Delivery

We deliver within Nairobi and other parts of Kenya.
During checkout, select your delivery location to see the applicable delivery option and charge.
We also offer store pickup where applicable.
For WhatsApp orders, we will confirm the delivery cost with you before you make payment.
